Sending a request does not create a booking. Your host replies with a proposal, and a service is confirmed only when you accept it in writing.
Prices
Prices are confirmed privately, in writing, before you decide. No prices are shown and no payments are taken on this website.
Private aviation
First Services arranges flights; it does not operate aircraft. Flights are operated by licensed air operators, named before you confirm, under their own conditions of carriage.
Partners
Some services are delivered by trusted partners, such as hotels, restaurants and operators. Their own conditions may also apply, and your host tells you about them before you confirm.
Changes and cancellations
Conditions for changes and cancellations depend on each service and are set out in your confirmation.

Please give accurate details, including names, flight information and travel documents, and check your confirmation carefully.
Responsibility
We take great care in everything we arrange. Our responsibility is limited to what the law allows, and does not extend to the acts of independent partners beyond our control.
