How far ahead should I ask?

As early as you can, but short-notice requests are always welcome. Your host tells you quickly what is possible.

Can I travel with pets or extra luggage?

Often, yes. Tell us what you are travelling with and your host checks it with the operator before you confirm.

Can you arrange catering and the car?

Yes. Catering, seating wishes and your chauffeur on arrival are arranged together with the flight.

How is the price confirmed?

Your host sends the price and the conditions privately, in writing, before anything is booked.
